Founder of Early Years Out of the Box. Sue has worked in early years settings for over 20 years as a teacher, early years co-ordinator, and as a local authority early years advisor. She has a Doctorate in Early Childhood Education from the University of Sheffield.

Mrs Jade-Simone Bacon is a dedicated Headteacher with an unwavering passion for Inclusion and Special Educational Needs (SEN). With two decades of experience in education, she has been a relentless advocate for creating an environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Christalla Jamil, CEO, LDBS Academies Trusts (LAT and LAT2)

Christalla is also the Executive Headteacher of St Paul's & All Hallows' Infant and Junior Schools. She combines extensive system leadership and school improvement experience with a passion for transforming the lives of our young people. She is leading a growing family of schools with a shared vision and who support one another to deliver excellence in education for all our pupils. 

 

Paula Kennedy

Paula is a former school leader with over 30 years of experience in secondary schools, most recently in South London. After teaching, Paula co-founded the organisation Inspiration for All, a not-for-profit which aims to advance the social mobility of young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds, mainly through a leadership programme connecting schools and businesses. 

 

Peter King

Peter is a Charity trustee, chair and non-executive director. Former senior UK government lawyer and international law firm partner. 

 

Susan Steele

Susan Steele, a former Chief HR Officer and Chief Learning Officer, brings deep domain expertise in learning and educational technology and draws on extensive board experience that spans ed-tech, faith-based and not-for-profit organisations.

 

Inigo Woolf

Retired CEO of the London Diocesan Board for Schools.
