Complaints & Whistleblowing
At LDBS Academies Trust (LAT and LAT2), we are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the pupils, their families, our staff and the communities of all our schools. We understand the importance of addressing concerns and issues effectively. Each of our schools has a complaints policy, which is aligned with our Trust-wide complaints policy and procedure. We highly recommend you download the version of the policy that is most applicable to the school that the complaint is related to from the school's website, so that you have immediate access to the correct contact details for that particular school.
We also have an internal whistleblowing procedure for all our employees, including temporary staff and contractors. The policy is consistent across all schools of the Trusts' family, and equally valid at Trust-level as in each of our schools.
