Our Boards
Our family of Trusts is composed of two separate legal entities, LDBS Academies Trust and LDBS Academies Trust 2. The members of both Trusts are currently the same. Each Trust has its own Boards of Directors, currently consisting of the same Directors, that jointly oversee the twelve schools across the Diocese of London that are part of our Trusts family. Each school has its own Local Academy Committee, which operates under the powers delegated to it by the respective Trusts' Scheme of Delegations.
